Lomas de los Monteros is a charming new urbanisation consisting of 134 luxury apartments set in the hills of Los Monteros and surrounded by olive groves. The area is not over developed and is surrounded only by large private villas, with no road noise or pollution.

The road access to Lomas de los Monteros is on the perimeter leading to a private multi-storey underground car park. The urbanisation has been designed to be an enclosed pedestrian village and as a whole has no roads, providing security for young children. There is hot and cold air conditioning with under-floor heating in the en suite. It has been newly furnished and equipped to a high standard.

The apartment has three double bedrooms and can be rented as a two or three bedroom option. The master bedroom is equipped with a Kingsize bed, and a large en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom has two single beds and a large bathroom with double walk-in shower. The optional third bedroom is equipped with kingsize bed. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance hall. All bedrooms lead out to the large sunny terrace.

The kitchen is in a modern contemporary style, with granite worktops and top of the range integrated stainless steel appliances by Bosch.

The living/dining room has an open plan feel being very light and spacious with fabulous views over the mountains and sea.

All rooms lead out to the large terrace via full height and width glass doors & windows, all framed in solid teak. From the terrace you have unobstructed views of the mountains and sea.

The property is officially a first floor, but feels more like a ground floor as the private entrance is at ground level (the apartment below is semi basement).
