Lomas de los Monteros is a charming new urbanisation consisting of 134 luxury apartments set in the hills of Los Monteros and surrounded by olive groves. The area is not over developed and is surrounded only by large private villas, with no road noise or pollution.

The road access to Lomas de los Monteros is on the perimeter leading to a private multi-storey underground car park. The urbanisation has been designed to be an enclosed pedestrian village and as a whole has no roads, providing security for young children. The kitchen is in a modern contemporary style, with granite worktops and top of the range integrated stainless steel appliances by Bosch.

The living/dining room has an open plan feel being very light and spacious with fabulous views over the mountains and sea.
